Code Snap Main Line is a highly efficient tool for accurately sizing residential potable water systems according to The Uniform Plumbing Code. It eliminates the cumbersome task of manually searching through tables or relying on a notepad.

Here's how it works:

<li>Select the fixtures that need to be served.</li>
<li>Code Snap Main Line will instantly calculate the appropriate size for the main or branch line, ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/2".</li>
</ol>

Please note that Code Snap Main Line does not replace the need for a U.P.C. code book. It is essential that every plumber references their code book alongside Code Snap Main Line in order to understand and comply with plumbing regulations specific to their state.

Code Snap Main Line is based on Chapter 610.8 of The 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code and incorporates research findings from IAPMO. It directly references all ideas, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, concepts, principles, and discoveries outlined in Chapter 610.8. This tool has been designed by experienced plumbers for experienced plumbers, ensuring that sizing can be swiftly completed during jobs. Duplicate fixture unit values have been eliminated to accommodate uncommon meter sizes. In such cases, the next greater value is used to simplify the sizing process and prevent undersizing.
